Energy AuditASI Energy is an accredited Home Performance contractor by the Building Performance Institute (BPI), which not only means we use a whole- building approach to assess and correct your energy problems but are qualified to solve those deficiencies with our energy retrofitting division.

Your BPI contractor will inspect and assess your home’s energy performance from top to bottom and show you exactly where you’re wasting energy and losing money.

The recommendations you receive will include specific upgrades, the cost for each, and the payback period—or how long it will take before you recover your investment in energy savings. The subsequent report from an energy audit is an analysis of a home indicates how and what work can best reduce energy consumption and save energy costs.
Identify Where Your Building or Campus is Wasting Energy: Most buildings or campuses waste huge amounts of energy, without realizing it. A Residential Energy Audit reveals how and where energy is wasted, and methods for reducing energy waste and overall energy consumption.

Commercial Energy Assessment:

ASI Energy can develop and implement turnkey, comprehensive energy efficiency projects. We offer performance-based contracts (i.e., contracts that tie the project cost to the energy savings generated by the project) so your organizations cash flow does not change initially until contract is paid off. ASI Energy will complete a commercial energy audit of your facility. We will identify some key areas of saving from what you have now, to what you can have. We will also identify the savings, the cost of the project, and provide resources for financing. We will work with you to select the items that offer the best payback. From 2 years to 7 years return on investment.
